Wade holds degrees in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He currently serves as an elected Director on the Board of the Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS® Association, where he chairs both the Government Affairs Committee and the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC), advocating for homeowners' rights and the real estate profession.
Wade began his real estate career in 1994 in Minnesota, spending more than two decades specializing in residential mortgage lending, real estate, and title services. Drawn by the Florida lifestyle and year-round sunshine, he relocated his family to the Fort Myers area full-time in 2012. Since then, he has fully immersed himself in the Southwest Florida market, developing deep expertise in local communities, amenities, and emerging opportunities.
